Appleton Downtown Inc. and the Downtown Business Improvement District administer facade enhancement support for properties within the BID, including improvements that make downtown properties more attractive and accessible.
Eligibility
Eligible Downtown Appleton property owners and businesses located within the Business Improvement District with qualifying facade or access improvement projects.
Requirements
- Coordinate with Appleton Downtown Inc. before starting work
- Submit project scope, cost estimates, photos, property authorization, and eligibility documentation
- Receive approval and complete eligible improvements according to grant requirements
