Ohio Third Frontier Entrepreneurial Services Provider (ESP) Program
Statewide network of six regionally based organizations providing mentorship, technical support, and connections to early-stage and venture capital for Ohio technology entrepreneurs. Services include business advising, mentorship by seasoned entrepreneurs, and access to capital resources.

Eligibility
Technology-based Ohio startups and early-stage companies seeking to commercialize innovative products or services. Access is through regional ESP organizations including JumpStart (NE Ohio), Entrepreneurs' Center (Dayton), and others.
Requirements
- Must be an Ohio-based technology startup or early-stage company
- Must be working on a technology-based product or service
- Apply through regional ESP organization in your area
