About this program
Special Source Revenue Credits allow South Carolina counties to use negotiated fee revenues to offset eligible project costs such as infrastructure, site preparation, and real property improvements for qualifying economic development projects.
Eligibility
Eligible companies with approved economic development projects in South Carolina counties, including York projects with local approval.
Requirements
- Coordinate with Greenville County and state economic development officials
- Identify eligible infrastructure, site, or project costs
- Execute local agreement and comply with investment, job, and reporting requirements
