About this program
The Lodgers and Automobile Rental Tax grant program reinvests visitor tax revenue into eligible events, attractions, marketing, and projects that attract visitors to Colorado Springs and the Pikes Peak Region and produce economic or cultural benefit.
Eligibility
Attractions, associations, organizations, and governmental or quasi-governmental agencies with eligible tourism-generating events or projects in Colorado Springs or the Pikes Peak Region.
Requirements
- Apply during the annual LART grant window
- Provide project description, visitor impact, marketing plan, budget, and qualified expenses
- Complete city contracting, performance reporting, and follow-up documentation
