Eligibility
Mississippi units of local government (cities under 50,000; counties under 200,000) that are not HUD entitlement communities. Nonprofits often partner with local governments as project sponsors.
Requirements
- Applicant must be an eligible Mississippi unit of local government
- At least 51% of persons benefited must be low- or moderate-income
- Must meet one of three national objectives
