Washington Cannabis Social Equity License Program (SB 5080)
Washington State cannabis social equity license program providing reserved retail, producer, and processor cannabis licenses for individuals most adversely impacted by the War on Drugs. New registration windows opened June–July 2025. LCB is not accepting general new applications — Social Equity Program is the primary pathway for new licenses.

Eligibility
Individuals qualifying as social equity applicants under Washington State criteria, generally those disproportionately impacted by the enforcement of cannabis laws including those with prior cannabis convictions or from heavily policed communities. Registration windows open periodically.
