State matching funds of up to 15% of total approved investment (up to $50 million/year) for qualified postsecondary institutions with a medical college undertaking large academic medical, research, or education projects in Nebraska.

Nebraska postsecondary education institutions with a college of medicine located within the state, for projects at a qualified location for academic medical, research, education, and training purposes.

- $25,000 non-refundable application fee
