Ohio Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) Certification
Ohio MBE certification gives minority-owned professional services firms access to state procurement set-asides, the Ohio Micro-Loan Program, and other minority business financial assistance programs. Required for several Ohio Department of Development loan programs.

Businesses that are at least 51% owned and controlled by a racial minority who is a U.S. citizen. Must have principal place of business in Ohio.
