The Virgin Islands Energy Office offers rebates for eligible electric vehicles and electric bicycles purchased by U.S. Virgin Islands residents, supporting lower-emission transportation and energy resilience goals.
Eligibility
Eligible U.S. Virgin Islands residents, and where program rules allow business owners or sole proprietors, purchasing qualifying electric vehicles or electric bicycles.
Requirements
- Purchase eligible EV or e-bike during the eligible program period
- Submit a completed VIEO rebate application and supporting documentation
- Provide proof of purchase, ID, registration or ownership documentation, and tax or residency documents required by the program
