Healthcare Education Loan Repayment Program (HELP)
HELP provides up to $50,000 per year in educational loan repayment to licensed healthcare professionals in Hawaii who commit to at least two years of full-time service in rural or medically underserved areas of the state.

Eligibility
Licensed healthcare professionals in Hawaii, with priority given to primary care and behavioral health specialists practicing in rural areas (all neighbor islands and designated Oahu communities). Application deadline July 5, 2026.
Requirements
- Must hold an active Hawaii healthcare license
- Must commit to at least 2 years of full-time service in Hawaii
- Must practice in a rural or medically underserved area or specialty
