About this program
The City of Fayetteville became a HOME Participating Jurisdiction in 2023 and administers annual HOME Investment Partnerships Program allocations from HUD. HOME funds support affordable housing activities that benefit low-income and very-low-income households, including rental housing development, homebuyer housing development or assistance, owner-occupied housing rehabilitation, tenant-based rental assistance, and activities supporting Community Housing Development Organizations.
Eligibility
Qualified affordable housing developers, nonprofit housing organizations, CHDOs, public partners, and eligible housing providers with projects serving low-income households in Fayetteville may apply when the City issues a HOME request for proposals.
Requirements
- Project must serve eligible low-income households in Fayetteville.
- Applicant must be an eligible housing developer, nonprofit housing organization, CHDO, public partner, or housing provider.
- Project must fit an eligible HOME activity such as rental housing development, homebuyer housing development or assistance, owner-occupied rehabilitation, tenant-based rental assistance, or CHDO activity.
