Oklahoma Small Business Incubators Incentives Act
Provides Oklahoma tax exemptions to certified small business incubator tenants and sponsors.
About this program
The Oklahoma Small Business Incubators Incentives Act supports early-stage businesses by allowing certified incubator tenants and sponsors to receive state tax exemptions. Tenants of certified incubators may be exempt from state tax liability on income earned as a result of activities conducted as an incubator tenant, subject to certification and program rules.
Eligibility
Eligible applicants include certified Oklahoma small business incubator sponsors and qualifying tenant companies operating within certified incubators.
Requirements
- Incubator must be certified under the Oklahoma Small Business Incubators Incentives Act.
- Tenant company must operate as an eligible incubator tenant.
- Income must be earned as a result of activities conducted as an incubator tenant.
