Dakota Business Finance is a certified development company that provides SBA 504 financing for fixed-asset projects in South Dakota and surrounding areas. Rapid City small businesses can use 504 loans for owner-occupied real estate, construction, equipment, and expansion projects.
Eligibility
For-profit small businesses meeting SBA 504 size, occupancy, eligible use, owner equity, and repayment requirements.
Requirements
- Work with Dakota Business Finance and a participating lender
- Provide project budget, business financials, collateral, equity contribution, and job creation or public policy information
- Meet SBA underwriting, closing, and reporting requirements
