Eligibility
Small businesses in the City of San Bernardino located in eligible commercial corridors or the Downtown Core, with a valid city business license, no disqualifying code or tax issues, COVID-19-related impact, and no prior City ARPA small business or nonprofit grant award.
Requirements
- Operate a small business in the City of San Bernardino
- Be located in a designated commercial corridor within a Qualified Census Tract or in the Downtown Core
- Have a valid City of San Bernardino business license
