50% income tax credit for Mississippi employers who sponsor skills training for employees through approved community or junior college programs, up to $2,500 per employee per year.

Eligibility
Any Mississippi employer sponsoring qualifying skills training programs through community or junior colleges approved by MDOR. Retail employers are eligible.
Requirements
- Training must be offered or approved by local community or junior college
- Training program must be approved by Mississippi Department of Revenue
- Credit limited to $2,500 per employee per year
