About this program
The University of the Virgin Islands Research and Technology Park offers a tax incentive framework for approved knowledge-based and technology businesses that become RTPark clients and conduct qualifying business in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Eligibility
Approved technology, knowledge-based, and qualifying service businesses that meet RTPark client, USVI business, employment, charitable contribution, and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Apply to become an RTPark client before claiming benefits
- Provide business plan, industry, employment, revenue, USVI operations, and compliance information
- Meet RTPark agreement, annual fee, employment, reporting, and local contribution requirements
