Ignite CDA supports redevelopment projects that provide public benefit through infrastructure, public spaces, education facilities, health corridor investments, housing, and economic development improvements within its active districts.
Eligibility
Eligible projects in Ignite CDA redevelopment districts with public improvement, infrastructure, or economic development benefits.
Requirements
- Verify project is located in an active redevelopment district
- Submit project concept, public improvement scope, cost estimate, timeline, and public benefit documentation
- Complete Ignite CDA board review, development agreement, and reporting requirements
