Eligible DC small and local businesses that meet the current RFA requirements for retail concept, location, and business documentation.
Requirements
- Meet eligibility rules in the active DMPED or DSLBD funding round
- Submit business plan, budget, location, and ownership documentation
- Comply with grant agreement, eligible cost, and reporting requirements
