Eligibility
Independently owned restaurants, food trucks, farm stands, on-farm stores, caterers, and other food service businesses operating in Delaware. Applicants requesting $50,000+ must be registered in SAM.gov with a UEI.
Requirements
- Operate a food service business in Delaware
- Demonstrate expansion of food access, especially in food deserts
- Projects $50,000+ require SAM.gov registration and UEI
