Eligibility
Clean energy manufacturers and processors in designated Oregon Enterprise Zones who increase full-time employment. Applies to new buildings, structural modifications, or new machinery.
Requirements
- Must be in a designated Oregon Enterprise Zone
- Must increase full-time permanent employment by required threshold
- Must submit Authorization Application before starting project
