Eligibility
For-profit small business at least 51% owned and controlled by a socially and economically disadvantaged individual including Native Americans, in business at least 2 years under current ownership, legally present and licensed in Alabama.
Requirements

- Must have been in business under current ownership for at least 2 years
- Must have a legal presence and be licensed to operate in Alabama
