About this program
Central Oregon Intergovernmental Council provides business lending and economic development financing to help small businesses start, stabilize, or expand in Central Oregon. Loans can support working capital, equipment, real estate, and other eligible business needs.
Eligibility
For-profit small businesses in Central Oregon that can demonstrate repayment ability and eligible business use of funds.
Requirements
- Contact COIC business lending staff
- Submit business plan, financial statements, tax returns, collateral, and use-of-funds details
- Meet underwriting, credit, and repayment requirements
