Eligibility
Eligible applicants are SSI or Social Security disability beneficiaries who can submit an approvable written PASS and, for self-employment, a detailed business plan showing how the plan will lead to self-support.
Requirements
- Receive SSI or be otherwise eligible for PASS consideration under Social Security rules.
- Submit Form SSA-545 or equivalent written PASS plan.
- Include a detailed business plan when the employment goal is self-employment.
