California technology employers that train incumbent or newly hired workers. Reimbursement is pay-for-performance based on worker retention after training.
Requirements
- Must be a California employer paying into ETP fund via payroll tax
- Training must be occupationally specific and skills-based
- Must enter into ETP contract prior to training
