About this program
The City of Eau Claire Economic Development Division works with developers and businesses to identify potential tools such as land conveyance, site assembly, TIF participation, environmental cleanup support, and state or federal grants for eligible projects.
Eligibility
Developers, businesses, property owners, and investors pursuing qualifying development, redevelopment, commercial, or industrial projects in Eau Claire.
Requirements
- Engage City of Eau Claire economic development staff before project commitments
- Provide site, investment, financing gap, jobs, environmental, infrastructure, and public benefit information
- Receive applicable City Council, Redevelopment Authority, Loan Administration Board, or Finance Department approvals
