About this program
The Delaware Capital Access Program is an SSBCI-supported credit enhancement program that helps participating lenders make loans to eligible small businesses. By contributing to a loan loss reserve, the program reduces lender risk and supports access to capital for businesses that need financing for startup, working capital, equipment, expansion, or other eligible purposes.
Eligibility
Eligible Delaware small businesses may access the program through participating lenders when seeking qualifying business loans.
Requirements
