Eligibility
Eligible applicants are for-profit U.S. businesses, including Nebraska businesses, that are at least 51 percent owned, operated, and controlled by qualifying minority individuals.
Requirements
- Be a for-profit business that is at least 51 percent minority owned, operated, and controlled.
- Submit the NMSDC certification application through the appropriate regional affiliate process.
- Provide ownership, governance, financial, tax, and operating documentation.
