Eligibility
Oregon businesses that are at least 51 percent women-owned, controlled, operated, and managed may apply for WBENC WBE certification.
Requirements
- Show at least 51 percent ownership by one or more women
- Demonstrate women control, operate, and manage the business
- Submit required legal, financial, ownership, and management documents
