About this program
The Downtown SF Vibrancy Loan and Grant Fund is a San Francisco program delivered with Main Street Launch to support businesses that open, expand, relocate, or make improvements in downtown San Francisco. Eligible businesses can access affordable loans and, for qualifying projects, matching grant support to help pay for improvements, equipment, buildout, inventory, and other eligible business costs. The program is intended to activate downtown storefronts, support neighborhood-serving businesses, and strengthen the downtown small business ecosystem.

Small businesses opening, expanding, relocating, or improving a qualifying business location in downtown San Francisco.
Requirements
- Business project must be located in eligible downtown San Francisco geography.
- Applicant must be a qualifying small business or entrepreneur.
- Funds must support eligible business startup, expansion, relocation, improvement, equipment, inventory, or working capital costs.
