Montana's Brownfields Revolving Loan Fund helps finance environmental cleanup at brownfield sites so properties can be redeveloped for productive community and commercial use.
Eligibility
Eligible public, nonprofit, and private borrowers with qualified brownfield cleanup projects may apply.
Requirements
- Complete environmental assessment and cleanup planning
- Submit loan application and project documentation
- Meet EPA brownfields and state program requirements
