About this program
The FastTrack Economic Development Fund provides discretionary assistance for eligible business recruitment, retention, and expansion projects that create jobs and capital investment in Tennessee, including competitive projects in Kingsport.
Eligibility
Companies with qualifying Tennessee job creation, retention, or capital investment projects that meet state economic development priorities.
Requirements
- Work with TNECD before announcing or committing the project
- Provide jobs, wages, investment, location, and project competition information
- Execute an agreement and meet performance, reporting, and clawback requirements
