Qualified Target Industry (QTI) Tax Refund — Retail-Adjacent Target Sectors
Tax refunds of $3,000–$8,000 per new job created for businesses in qualified target industries that locate or expand in Florida, create at least 10 jobs, and pay wages above the county average.

Eligibility
For-profit businesses in qualified target industries creating at least 10 net new full-time jobs at wages averaging at least 115% of the area average. Pre-approval required before hiring begins.
Requirements
