Nonprofit and public agencies serving Cleveland residents experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness.
Requirements
- Operate eligible ESG shelter, outreach, prevention, rapid rehousing, HMIS, or administration activities
- Document client eligibility, match, services, outcomes, and expenses
- Comply with coordinated entry, HMIS, federal reporting, procurement, and written standards
