About this program
Washington’s Community Economic Revitalization Board provides loans and grants to local governments and federally recognized tribes for public infrastructure that enables private business development, job creation, and economic growth. Spokane-area projects can use CERB when sponsored by an eligible public applicant.
Eligibility
Washington local governments, ports, special purpose districts, and federally recognized tribes sponsoring eligible economic development infrastructure projects.
