The Community Foundations of the Hudson Valley LIFT Loan Fund is a $1 million pilot fund that provides interest-free bridge loans to nonprofit organizations in Dutchess, Ulster, and Putnam counties that are experiencing cash flow disruptions from delayed government grant reimbursements. Loans of up to $20,000 are available to eligible nonprofits and are intended to help maintain programs and operations while reimbursement funding is pending. Poughkeepsie nonprofits in Dutchess County may apply if they meet fund requirements.
