The City of Charlotte offers business matching grants to support commercial property owners and businesses located within designated Business Corridor Revitalization areas. Eligible projects can include facade improvements, security improvements, building upgrades, and other approved commercial corridor investments.

Small businesses and commercial property owners located in eligible Charlotte Business Corridor Revitalization geographies.
Requirements
- Be located within an eligible corridor geography
- Provide matching funds and eligible project scope, estimates, and documentation
- Receive approval and complete improvements according to city reimbursement requirements
