Companies with new industrial projects in North Dakota that create jobs, add value to state resources, and meet program underwriting requirements.
Requirements
- Demonstrate competitive project need and economic development benefit
- Submit financing package, business plan, project budget, jobs, investment, and ownership information
- Meet underwriting, collateral, guaranty, interest, and performance requirements
