Reimbursement grants up to $25,000 for eligible restaurants, cafes, and food service businesses in Michigan Main Street and Redevelopment Ready Communities for interior renovations and eligible project expenses. FY25 allocation: $1.5 million.

Eligibility
For-profit food service businesses located in communities participating as select or master level in the Michigan Main Street program or designated Redevelopment Ready Communities. Restaurants were among the top business types funded in FY24.
Requirements
- Must be a for-profit, place-based food service business
- Must be located in a designated Michigan Main Street or Redevelopment Ready Community
- Eligible expenses include interior building renovations to permanent commercial spaces
