Universal Mississippi tax credit for green and clean energy businesses creating at least 10 new jobs and/or investing at least $2.5 million, usable against income, franchise, withholding, or sales/use taxes.

Eligibility
New and existing green energy, sustainability, or clean technology businesses creating at least 10 new jobs and/or investing at least $2,500,000 in Mississippi.
Requirements
- Must create at least 10 new jobs and/or invest at least $2,500,000
- Annual reporting of investment numbers required
- No more than 20% of total credit may be applied to withholding tax in any given year
