About this program
The SF Shines Facade Improvement Program funds eligible exterior storefront upgrades such as lighting, windows, paint, signage, awnings, and other improvements that increase corridor vibrancy and foot traffic.
Eligibility
San Francisco small businesses with eligible commercial storefronts and invited or eligible applications under SF Shines rules.
Requirements
- Eligible storefront exterior improvement scope
- Application, W-9, grant agreement, banking information, receipts, and completed work documentation
