Eligibility
Private owners of commercial buildings in downtown districts in eligible Kansas communities. The building must house a new or expanded for-profit business that provides goods or services to the community. At least 51% of jobs created or retained must be for low-to-moderate income persons. Local government applies on behalf of the business.
