Eligibility
Eligible applicants are current Ohio medical marijuana cultivators, processors, testing laboratories, and dispensaries authorized under state law to apply for dual-use non-medical cannabis licensing.
Requirements
- Hold an eligible Ohio medical marijuana license or certificate of operation.
- Submit the DCC dual-use application, attestation, tax authorization, and any location-specific materials.
- Pay applicable application, certificate, or renewal fees.
