Saint Paul Port Authority CORE Grant Program
The CORE Grant Program provides $50,000 to $150,000 for Capitol Area business capital improvement projects.
About this program
The Saint Paul Port Authority administers the Capitol Outreach for Revitalization and Expansion Grant Program in partnership with the State of Minnesota. The program provides grants to new, existing, or relocating for-profit businesses in the Capitol Area for capital improvement projects such as facade improvements, energy upgrades, new equipment, accessibility improvements, and building safety upgrades.
Eligibility
New, existing, or relocating for-profit businesses in the Saint Paul Capitol Area may apply; mobile businesses, home-based businesses, nonprofits, schools, and government entities are not eligible.
Requirements
- Business must be new, existing, or relocating in the Capitol Area.
- Applicant must be a for-profit business.
- Project must involve eligible capital improvements and must not already be complete.
