Pennsylvania Small Business Advantage Grant
Reimbursement grants of 50–80% of eligible project costs (up to $12,000) for Pennsylvania small businesses upgrading equipment to improve energy efficiency or reduce pollution, including HVAC, electrical, and building systems upgrades by trade businesses.

Eligibility
Pennsylvania small businesses with 100 or fewer full-time employees. Project must save the business at least $500 annually and reduce energy or pollution costs by at least 20%. Applications open August 1, 2025 through March 13, 2026.
