Eligibility
Rhode Island nonprofits or fiscally sponsored organizations may apply when federal funding changes threaten services for vulnerable populations, including seniors and older adults.
Requirements
- Applicant must be a Rhode Island nonprofit organization or use an eligible fiscal sponsor.
- Applicant must document actual or anticipated federal funding loss, reduced revenue, increased costs, or service disruption.
- Applicant must describe the vulnerable populations served, including seniors or older adults when applicable.
