Eligibility
Eligible applicants are for-profit businesses at least 51 percent owned, operated, and controlled by qualifying minority individuals, including Native American owners, and may apply through the relevant regional council such as OMSDC in Ohio.
Requirements
- Be at least 51 percent owned, operated, and controlled by qualifying Native American or other minority owner or owners.
- Operate as a for-profit business.
- Submit ownership, management, formation, tax, and minority status documentation.
