About this program
The Municipal Small Business Initiative Program is a partnership between Cuyahoga County and municipalities including Cleveland. Qualified small businesses may receive a performance grant or forgivable loan providing up to 15 percent of total project cost, capped at $50,000.
Eligibility
Qualified small businesses undertaking eligible projects in Cleveland and meeting Cuyahoga County Small Business Initiative requirements.
Requirements

- Submit project budget, financing sources, business documentation, and eligible cost information
