Louisiana High Impact Jobs Program – Manufacturing
New program created by 2025 Act 372 (effective June 20, 2025); provides reimbursable grants based on a percentage of annualized wages for high-paying new jobs with health benefits; designed to complement and eventually replace Quality Jobs; targets jobs paying above parish average wages held by highly skilled workers with advanced degrees; manufacturing is an eligible sector; gaming, retail, and professional sports teams are excluded.
