About this program
ECIDA provides small business microloans and other financing products to support job creation and investment in Erie County. Financing can help businesses with working capital, equipment, expansion, and development costs when conventional financing is insufficient.
Eligibility
Eligible small and mid-sized businesses in Erie County meeting ECIDA underwriting and program requirements.
Requirements
- Submit loan request, business plan or project description, financial statements, and owner information
- Demonstrate eligible use of funds, repayment ability, and economic benefit
- Complete underwriting, approvals, loan closing, collateral, and servicing requirements
