Maryland 4-H Entrepreneurship Program – Statewide (UME Cooperative Extension)
Maryland 4-H Youth Development through UME Cooperative Extension offers entrepreneurship as a named program area statewide across all 24 Maryland counties; Baltimore City 4-H explicitly lists entrepreneurship as a program component; curriculum includes Babysitting/Entrepreneurship 101 (a 6-hour youth business-building course); over 100 4-H project areas available; afterschool programs in partnership with Boys & Girls Clubs, YMCA, and recreation centers.

Eligibility
Maryland youth ages 5–18 enrolled in a local 4-H club in any Maryland county; 4-H membership available through the local UME Cooperative Extension county office.
